Mosul residents taking reconstruction in their own hands

Iraq has estimated the reconstruction process to cost approximately $88 billion, of which the country has received minimal, if any, economic assistance from other countries, including the United States. Some residents are taking matters into their own hands, joining together to remove some of the estimated 10 million pounds of rubble left behind by the fighting.
